OKX Simplifies Leveraged Trading as Earnings Season Drives Market Volatility

As earnings season begins for companies including Microsoft, Meta, Amazon and Apple, traders are preparing for one of the busiest periods on the market calendar. OKX is using the moment to make leveraged trading more accessible.

The exchange has launched X-Perps Simple Mode across Europe, giving users an easier way to take long or short positions on more than 80 crypto, stock, commodity and ETF markets without the complexity of a traditional trading terminal.

Available on iOS and Android, the feature supports up to 10x leverage, alongside take-profit and stop-loss orders, while allowing users to manage positions through a simplified mobile interface.

According to OKX, entry prices are locked at execution, eliminating slippage when opening or closing trades.

Building an Active Trading Toolkit

Alongside Simple Mode, OKX introduced two additional tools aimed at more active traders. The new Futures Grid Bot automatically executes trades within a predefined price range, buying during pullbacks and selling into rallies while supporting long, short and neutral strategies with leverage.

Meanwhile, the PnL Analysis Center gives users a consolidated view of trading performance across all supported markets, helping identify trends in profitability over time.

Together, the three products create a progression for active traders: open positions through Simple Mode, automate strategies with Grid Bot and evaluate results through the PnL Analysis Center.

Expanding Derivatives in Europe

The launch comes as OKX continues expanding its regulated derivatives offering across Europe under its MiCA and MiFID II licenses.

With support for more than 80 X-Perp markets spanning cryptocurrencies, equities, commodities and ETFs, the exchange is positioning itself to capture growing demand from traders looking to respond quickly to macroeconomic events, corporate earnings and broader market volatility.
